[Fiware-lab-help] Query about IMPACT 2nd Open call

We are a SME from Darmstadt and we got email from IMPACT to apply for second call. I have a doubt regarding point 4 Eligibility criteria in "Guide for Applicants" document where they says applicants should have a working prototype. Does it mean that the prototype must have been built by using fiware lab tools. As we have a prototype but we aren't started yet developing new one using fiware lab tools.

Can you please clear this query.
