[Fiware-lab-help] Fwd: Please open new JIRA

I'm out of office and I cannot take charge this ticket. Anyway I confirm it's a new issue, and not related to a previous ticket.

Please, it needs to inform the user that he has to send an email to the list fi-lab-help (and not to any one of the support team) to open a Jira ticket.

Whoever is on duty can please take chage? Unless Marco has taken it already.


Deliberately sent to the list to create a ticket. Let us see as the ticket creation functionality it's not working very well these days.

Have created instance in Spain2 but can't seem to access it (we had running before in Spain1)

We can log into Spain1 but from there can't ping or ssh to the Spain2 instance:
