[Fiware-lab-help] Issue resolved

Hello I think have resolved it

Problem is we have Floating IP address in Spain(1) and Spain2. Seems only
one can be used at a time. So only when I disassicae the IP address in
Spain(1) can I access Spain2.

Since we are told to migrate the files from Spain(1) to Spain2 will have to
work out how to do that with single IP address
