[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab - Cosmos

We are following directions at
http://www.fiware.org/devguides/big-data-analysis-of-historic-context-information/

We
are directed to http://cosmos.lab.fiware.org/cosmos-gui/

But we can
not log into the Cosmos GUI. Enter the usernamr/password from FIWARE Lab
but doesn't seem to work

When we run the SSH ssh
$COSMOS_USER at cosmos.lab.fiware.org we can not access the HDFS
environment as we do not have valid username/password (using
$COSMOS_USER dave.watson)

Please advise how to activity the account
