[Fiware-lab-help] request account on lab.fiware

Hi,
i'm looking for an account on lab.fiware, my collegue already have an
account with all resource assigned (tenant ID
00000000000000000000000000013586).
When I try to sign up on https://account.lab.fiware.org/ i get the error:
"1 error prohibited this user from being saved:
Unfortunately, the number of Trial Users able to has reached its limit and
we cannot serve your request at this moment."

So how can i have an account to access our resources?
