About the timeout problems, I just wanted to note that we started this
issue on 26 March and, a month later, we have had no progress whatsoever in
accessing our FIWARE Cloud instances located in Spain2.
We've supplied all the information we could get our hands on (as shown in
the cc'd text) but it's still impossible to access the machines. It's
usually a timeout, with the rare exception when the machine responds by
rejecting the private key and asking for a root password.
I don't know of any way to see progress in this without your assistance.
We've done all preliminary development locally but time is running out and
we need to continue testing on the FIWARE VM as soon as possible to prepare
our report for GE usage by mid-May.
I'm cc'ing Isobel, our mentor from SmartAgriFood, in case she can be of
assistance.
Please let me know what are our options. I'll be available for a Skype or
phone call at any time in the next couple days.

ately a fiber cut, affected several network links in Spain (apparently it m=

to resolve as soon as possible the issue. Once resolved we will inform you=
