Hi FiWare Support,

How I do raise JIRA ticket ( I have tried to login , but it seems I dont
have permission to login to JIRA). Can you create one for me or please
raise below issue behalf of me.

*I have created sample instance on the fiWare cloud but there is no
external IP provided in the Floating IP pool. Can you assign external IP to
the cloud ? *
