Dear Giuseppe,

I did not create a ticket and do not know where to do that either.

I am in the process of starting to develop a new application and consider to use the WiFare platform for this. I was able to create an account, but cannot create a node in the cloud. For that I need a community account instead of a basic account. When I select on the website upgrade to community account it does nothing.

Can you help me here ?

Thanks,
Marc

Hello,
Did you already open a ticket? If yes could you please tell me the ticket number?
Can you explain exactly the issue?

Thanks,
Giuseppe
