Hello, I would like to inform you that Cloud Portal hasn't been working properly for days now. For example, for my Ubuntu instance I have changed floating IP from one to another and the server remains active on the old, disassociated IP even after rebooting everything. Other steps and changes which I made also seem to be not really effective. As part of Fractals funded team with strict deadlines, I could really use some information on when these issues will be solved.
