Hello, do you have a community account? Only commuty accounts are allowed to get a floatingIP. If not you have to upgrade your account ( https://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE_Lab:_Upgrade_to_Community_Account ).
