[Fiware-lab-help] [FINESCE WP4] Cannot access "Cloud portal" and http://130.206.82.217/ on Spain Node 1

Dear all,
we have been experiencing issues in accessing "Cloud Portal" and 
http://130.206.82.217/ on Spain Node 1.

Are you working on it? It works for 10 mins and then 
nothing............it has been doing like this the whole morning.

Please let us know if "no scheduled maintenance" is on-going.
