[Fiware-lab-help] ssh connectivity issues

Dear sirs,

 

we meet again via ssh connectivity issues with our instances. Also web
services are unreachable.

Via your vnc popup the machine is booting (see below).

 

The reboot does not work.

 

Our region is Trento.
