Hi all, I can’t connect to my Cloud instance any more. It looks like the public IP address I was given from the Fiware team isn’t available (not even responding to ping). From my Cloud Portal I can see my instance running and properly associated to that IP. The VM display too is working and showing the shell at login prompt. I’m not sure this is the right place to ask for help for this kind of issue but I wasn’t able to find any other help channel.
