[Fiware-lab-help] Instance comunication

Good day, This mail is to ask for your help with the following situation.

Last week we presented problems accessing instances of 'Fi-lab' created by our project 'Kokone Lab' through public IP. When we reviewed our instances in https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/ we note that the 'Status' of two of them was inactive and the 'Power State' field in another is showing ‘Shut Off'. After restarting the problems were solved, however, two days ago we find again one instance with the 'Power State' field in ‘Shut Off' and after trying pause the instance first that showed us in the 'Task' field the message ‘pausing’, the problem is that the task has already lasted two days and we cannot access to the instance of any way so we ask for your help or advice.

Currently the instance shows an active status, in 'Task' indicates that this pausing but in the 'Power State’ field showing ‘Shut Off'. The IP Address is 10.0.0.17 and public IP is 130.206.83.44.

We appreciate your support in advance because we need to communicate with this instance to continue our project.

Buen día, el motivo de este correo es para pedir su ayuda con la siguiente situación.

La semana pasada presentamos problemas para acceder a las instancias de 'Fi-lab' creadas por nuestro proyecto 'Kokone Lab’ a través de la IP pública. Al revisar nuestras instancias en https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/ observamos que el 'Status' de dos de ellas se encontraba inactivo y el campo ‘Power State’ de otra se mostraba apagado. Tras reiniciarlas los problemas se solucionaron, sin embargo, hace dos días volvimos a encontrar una de ellas con el campo ‘Power State’ en apagado y tras intentar, primeramente, pausar la instancia esta nos mostró en el campo ‘Task’ el mensaje ‘pausing’, el problema es que esta tarea ya ha durado dos días y no podemos acceder a esta instancia de ninguna forma por lo que pedimos su ayuda o asesoría.

Actualmente la instancia muestra un estatus activo, en ‘Task’ indica que se esta pausando pero en ‘Power State’ muestra apagado. La IP Address es 10.0.0.17 y la IP pública es 130.206.83.44.
