Hi Antonio,

At the beginning of the week the HDFS cluster within Cosmos automatically entered in safe mode (currently fixed), disabling all kind of HDFS operations, which includes your HDFS space creation.

I can finish the registration process manually; nevertheless I've seen an account for this user: "delacruzlozanoantonio". It seems to be yours as well :) Do you still need "acruzloz"?
