Dear Peter, the tutorial you refer to - as far as I understood from you was provided by FI-Content 2 - and it is not any official document from FIWARE. So, I expect if the tutorial they provide is uncomplete you refer to them. FIWARE Lab and team is solely responsible of what FIWARE Lab provides, and as mentioned by Miguel, the command line access is not the one the Lab reccommends or supports. We can support anyhow, but surely, not be accounted for other teams' uncomplete documentation. As mentioned, I passed the ticket to Lannion Node, up to them to decide wheter support you in the debugging of your installation (which is beyond support services guranteed by the Lab).
