[Fiware-lab-help] Contact Person for Applying proccess of Community users

Hello,

I just read the new Fiware Terms & Conditions, where it says that Community users need to 'present' their applications to get a community account
But there isn't explained who must be contacted to do so.

Could you please tell me which person I need to contact to get the community account.
