[Fiware-lab-help] Problem with fiware-lab

Good morning,
im a user in fiware-lab from Spain, im trying to generate a Kurento
Instance in Spanish region and always get the same error:

*Success: *Blueprint Instance KurentoInstance status.

Description: Create environment KurentoInstance

Status: ERROR

Error: Infrastructure error Error Getting Floating IPs from tenant null:
com.telefonica.euro_iaas.paasmanager.exception.OpenStackException: "No more
floating ips in pool net8300."

Any help with that?
