Dear Eugen, First of all, 10.0.16.157 belongs to the mdvpn domain and not to the public range, so it cannot be accessed from outside, only from other FIWARE Lab VMs (e.g. in this way you can connect to VMs in two regions). You need to assign a floating IP from the public range of the given region. After that security groups should also be modified by opening port where your services are running. For more help, please send us the region you use and your project name used in the cloud portal.
