[Fiware-lab-help] Problems in Cloud Lab at start level

Dear Fiware Lab Staff,

I am an Italian developer (from Turin) and I am trying to learn how to 
use the Cloud service, but there are some problems to configure 
demo/test instances from an Image.
First of all, when I sign in into the Cloud service, I see the advice 
for Spain Region.

I have followed the tutorial videos published by your Staff:

Problem 1: To create new instances from Images, in Spain region.

When I try to create a new instance, the loading screen never ends (I 
have tried with many Images). If I reload the page, the instance is in 
error state, without any logs or info. In this region I can obtain the 
floating IP (public ip).

Problem 2: To obtain a public IP from others regions.

I have tried to switch region, using Trento. In this region I can create 
a new instance (ACTIVE and RUNNING) but every time I try to obtain a 
public IP I get this error:


      Error allocating IP address. Cause: 500 Error

{"computeFault": {"message": "The server has either erred or is 
incapable of performing the requested operation.", "code": 500}}

I have tried to obtain a public ip also in others regions, with the same 
problem.

What I am doing wrong? Are there some other resource (video, tutorial, 
faq, etc)  that I can read to understand more about these problems?
