Thank you for quick response.
I follow this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mb7CdMnZh7Q&index=4&list=PLR9elAI9JscSOuSnwIkGzSVW1QKgfDk6d
so I did associate IP to my istance. Whan I didn't have any luck with connecting via ssh I delete everything I create and start over.
I'm not sure did I do something wrong (chose wrong region, set wrong ports, etc.).

Here is how I do this.

1st step: create public key (http://prntscr.com/5rkf71 <http://prntscr.com/5rkf71>) and download it
2nd step: http://prntscr.com/5rkfs3 <http://prntscr.com/5rkfs3>
3rd step: http://prntscr.com/5rkgdl <http://prntscr.com/5rkgdl> , http://prntscr.com/5rkgku <http://prntscr.com/5rkgku>
4th step: went to images and chose Ubuntu12.04-server-x86_64
5th step: http://prntscr.com/5rkhg4 <http://prntscr.com/5rkhg4> , http://prntscr.com/5rkhlb <http://prntscr.com/5rkhlb> , http://prntscr.com/5rkhqi <http://prntscr.com/5rkhqi> , http://prntscr.com/5rkhvy <http://prntscr.com/5rkhvy> , http://prntscr.com/5rkhzx <http://prntscr.com/5rkhzx> , http://prntscr.com/5rki8w <http://prntscr.com/5rki8w>
6th step: http://prntscr.com/5rkig6 <http://prntscr.com/5rkig6> , http://prntscr.com/5rkila <http://prntscr.com/5rkila>
and after that get this error {"badRequest": {"message": "Error. Unable to associate floating ip", "code": 400}}

what I did wrong?
