In the meantime you can try to use the other available regions.
Please, let us know if this suggestion solves your issue.
If this doesn't help, let us know which region you are using (Spain, Trento, Lannion, etc) and your instance ID, so we can forward your issue to the proper node support team.

Hi,

A friend recommended I check out fi-ware. I ended up at this Lab thing, but can't seem to create an instance: its status is always "ERROR".

Any idea what could be going wrong?
