Dear Ricardo, the 10.0.192.121 is a mdvpn IP. You cannot connect to the VM with this IP from outsite. The MDVPN connects the VM from different regions. You shoud make a new instance with Public net floating IP and you can connect to the instance with ssh. If you have any other problems, send us an email.
