buenos días
desde hace unos dias tengo un problema que ya se me habia presentado y solucionado antes, la instancia con la que estoy trabajando  muestra que esta realizando un reboot desde hace dias, pero no avanza ni deja har nada, al intentar darle de nuevo aparece
{"conflictingRequest": {"message": "Cannot 'reboot' while instance is in task_state rebooting", "code": 409}}

si se me es solucionado este problema que puedo hacer yo para que en un futuro no se me presenten nuevos inconvenientes de ese tipo?
