[Fiware-lab-help] FIC2Lab - Lannion2 Node - Tenant's quota modification required

Hi,

I'm unable to run enablers on FIc2lab. The error message, quite at the
beginning is "Your floating ip quota is insufficient. After checking
with the Neutron api, your current quota limit is : 0. Or the runner
setup requires at least 1 floating ips. You can ask the support for a
quota revision by using the following link:"

Maybe the reason is that I need a community account. I requested for it
many days ago. I have been getting lots of emails from FIWARE regarding
status (more than 10) but none of them confirmed the account.
Could you please help me with this? I would like to test an enabler ASAP
as I'm responsible for it but.

Who is the responible for this? Is there a phone number where I can
speak directly to a person? Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,
Benjamin
