Dear Support, Earlier today we stumbled upon a malfunction through SSH-connection for one of our Instances on the "Karlskrona2"-Region. However, it is possible to view through VNC. But we would like to keep our connection to the instance through SSH with our Private Key, one of your colleagues provided us. Can you check on this issue and if possible resolve it, so we can reconnect asap and update our changes to be able to do various of tests? For information about the instance, please find following attachment "INFO.PNG". It's a snip of the FIWARE Cloud Portal, with an overview and info of the "broken" Instance.
