Hello,
I'm trying to register a new application in order to use IDm.
However, when I do so, I get the message "Error: Unable to register the
application." without any further details.
For the URL and callback URL, I use the public ip address of the server
(http, not https).
Do I need to do any special rights in order to register an app?
Or Am I missing anything obvious?

I can provide more details if needed.
