[Fiware-lab-help] Deletion and creation of FIWARE JIRA accounts

Dear FIWARE team,

As I will leave Fraunhofer and phase 3 project EuropeanPioneers soon, my colleague Heike (in CC) takes over my role in EuropeanPioneers and should also take over my JIRA account as well. So please delete my account and add a new account for her in the FIWARE JIRA instead.
