Dear Javier,
thank you for the information.
Anyway you cannot start an instance that you have powered off.
Only the support team of the region that hosts your VM is able to do that.
So if you will have again this kind of issue, you have to send an email to fiware-lab-help at lists.fi-ware.org<mailto:fiware-lab-help at lists.fi-ware.org> (specifying what region you are using, your project ID e the instance ID) and we’ll forward the request to the proper support team.

Best regards
Marco

Hi Cipriano.
I forget to write that information on previous mail. I am on Spain2 region, and my Project id is " Connected to project javier-23 cloud (ID 00000000000000000000000000006550)” However, I have deleted VM that I prower off and I have run everything again. So don’t worry about that. ;). Thanks!

Dear Javier,
in order to solve your issue, you should tell us:

- what region you are using

- your project ID (you can find it selecting your project name and looking at the info bar at the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).

Best regards
Marco

                Hi Fiware coach.

I have powered off one of my Virtual machines. I thought I could power on it again. But Cloud Portal doesn’t let me to do that (there is no option called "Start Instance").
There is no problem if this option does not exist. I can start everything because i am in test process, However, could you tell me how to proceed to solve this issue?
P.S. Maybe the problem is that to turn off instance is of foolish people. I know ;)
Thanks!
