Dear Nakul,
If you have already an account on FIWARE, you can create a GE instance from "Blueprint Instances" -> "Open catalog", choosing the GE of your interest.
You can find help about that at http://edu.fiware.org/ and http://forge.fiware.org/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Main_Page .
More information about the GEs catalog is available at http://catalogue.fiware.org/enablers .

In you don't have an account yet, you have to sign up at https://account.lab.fiware.org/ .
