[Fiware-lab-help] Upgrade to Community Account pending since 16 July

Dear all

Have requested an upgrade to Fiware Labs Community account at 16 July.
According to your site these requests are fulfilled within 1 working date.

Can you please inform me about the status of my request.
Have received some JIRA notifications, indicating my status as open  but
nothing more.

I'm copying below the information from a JIRA notification which I believe
is relevant to my case:
