[Fiware-lab-help] URGENT: Upgrade to Community Account pending since 16 July

Dear Madams and Sirs,

I am writing you on behalf of MiBeez a FRACTALS FP7 project for Fiware 
accerelation. MiBeez have started on June 2015 and now we are at WP were 
we develop our project.

In order to do so we have asked you for a upgrade to Fiware Labs 
Community account, please find below our request pending from 16th July.

Please help us out because we need it in order to start working fully 
ASAP, time is really crucial for us right now in order to start 
developping our project.

Thank you in advance for all your actions for a prompt solution to our 
request.

Have requested an upgrade to Fiware Labs Community account at 16 July.
According to your site these requests are fulfilled within 1 working date.

Can you please inform me about the status of my request.
Have received some JIRA notifications, indicating my status as open  but 
nothing more.
