[Fiware-lab-help] Blueprint Instance Error

Hi,

I have two problems.
1. When I use a template from the catalog and create an instance from 
it, the status of the creation process changes to installing and stays 
there forever.

2. I have created a simple template with only the apache webserver to 
serve static html. When I instantiate the template I receive the 
following messages:
Success: Blueprint Instance asdf status.
Description: Create environment asdf
Status: ERROR
Error: Infrastructure error Error creating server: String index out of 
range: -10


My region is Lannion2. The ID of my VM is 
88f80fbc-4a96-4dab-a9b5-7cbede6424d4

We are developing a demo-application for the federal chancellery of 
Austria to show the capabilities of Fiware, so we would really 
appreciate your immediate support.
