[Fiware-lab-help] Berlin Node: some problems

Hi,
I'm having some problems with my instances on Berlin node.

Now I have "bs-orion-new" in Status "SHUTDOWN"
How can I power it on again?

I've shutted it down because I was not able to create a snapshot. So I
tried to create in white the instance was halted. But no luck

Plus I can't create a new security group, I have just the "default one".
If I try to create a new one I have this error:
"{"forbidden": {"message": "Quota exceeded for resources:
['security_group']", "code": 403}}"

Last problem, also if I've opened all port from my security group, I can
only open the port 22.
It's not a problem with the machine, if I try to connect from one machine
to the other in the same network using the public ip, it works.

Could u help me please?
On friday I have the presentation of my Fi-ware program and ATM nothing is
working :(
