[Fiware-lab-help] Instance problem at Spain2

Hi,

I have an instance on the FIWARE Lab cloud in Spain2, but there seems to be
problem with it now:


It seems as if it is stuck in GRUB, even though this indicates it's running.
Here is the info for the instance:



 

We appreciate a quick fix to this problem.
