[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab Assistance: deployment and un-deployment errors

Hello,
we have recently been upgraded to Community Account, thank you for that.
However I ran into a couple of issues and I hope you can help me with
those.

First issue on deployment: when launching a new "Blueprint Instance", the
deployment fails with "ERROR" next to it.
The error description is:

"Error: Error installing a product.
Description:com.telefonica.euro_iaas.paasmanager.exception.ProductInstallatorException:
Error installing product git-1.7 Error invokg SDC to Install Productgit-1.7
1.7 SDCException.
com.telefonica.euro_iaas.sdc.exception.SdcRuntimeException:
com.telefonica.euro_iaas.sdc.exception.CanNotCallChefException: Node
ivjb-spain2-v4-web-1-001484 is not registered in ChefServer:

Note that "ivjb-spain2-v4" is the name of my Template. It has a "web" and
"database" tier.
The problem only started to happened since I selected Ubuntu 14.10 as
image. With Ubuntu 12.10 works fine.

Second issue for Un-Deployment: when I undeploy that instance (because it's
in an "Error" state), some security groups are not deleted.
More exactly I now have more than one security groups that cannot be
deleted due to the following error:
Error deleting security group
sg_00000000000000000000000000001484_ivjb-spain2-database-1-001484. Cause:
400 Error
