HI

I’ve set up an instance of MiWi-POI sever in the Berlin 2 region
I’ve set a floating IP and assigned it to an instance. I’m using federation-ext-nex-01 pool.
Security group is default and a keypair has been created and the file copied to my local machine.
My Instance is showing two IP addresses one starting 192 and the other 10, the keypair is displaying, the status is ACTIVE, Tasks None and power status is RUNNING.

When I try and connect to the instance using ssh I get and error: ssh: connect to host 10.X.X.X port 22: Connection refused

The command I’m executing in the folder with my_keypair.pem file is: ssh -i my_keypair.pem root at 10.X.X.X

Is there a step I’ve missed? I’m using a Mac.
