[Fiware-lab-help] Trouble logging in to POI instance

Dear Andrew,

This is the reply from Berlin, please try to allocate a public floating IP on Spain2 region, you should be able to do that there (just tried now):

As far as I can see you have the trial user status. Referring to the internal policies, trial users want get a public IP anymore on the Berlin node because of limited resources. You can apply to become a community user. Please have a look at the Terms & Conditions.
