Dear Jordi,
in order to solve your issue we need to know:
- which region you are using
- your project ID: you can find it selecting your project name and looking at the info bar in the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).
- the Floating IP that you are using.

I have a Cloud instance with an associated Floating IP and I can’t access it nor is replying to pings.

It has the corresponding ports open and the instance is running normally. I could access it yesterday.
