Dear Santi,
in order to solve your issue we need to know:
- which region you are using
- your project ID: you can find it selecting your project name and looking at the info bar in the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).
- the Floating IP that you are using.

Fiware Cloud support

Hi
I've created a keypar, opened the 22 port, created the instanced and attached the ip. But I'm unable to connect. From the web view console I can't type anything, and from the linux termail I get a Network is unreachable.

What more can I do??
