[Fiware-lab-help] issues with VMs used for XIFI review in spain node [urgent]

hi guys,
we have some problems

1. the following vm 84ed61b9-5ca9-4155-81b3-d38f7fbf2b72 that is
assocciated to the IP 130.206.118.251 is not accessible externally.
2. the following vm 7b18ea58-3beb-4711-8b92-de5205019afe is in shutoff
status and i cannot reboot it.
