 in order to solve your issue we need to know your project ID: you can find it selecting your project name and looking at the info bar in the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).
 Meanwhile, I’m going to forward your request to the Spain support team.

        Since this morning can't access to our VM (130.206.121.161) in Spain2 region. We can connect using VNC from FI-LAB website.
 
        Any idea?
