[Fiware-lab-help] additional server instances

Hi Keyvan,

I have created a new flavor called p1.3dprinteo for you in the Budapest 
region and modified the quotas, fulfilling the requirements you mentioned.
Please check it, and let us know if you experience any difficulties or 
problems.
