Good afternoon, I write to report some problems I have using que FiWare Lab platform. My name is Sergio García (sgarcia in FiWare Lab) and I work in Atos. I created some small infrastructure but, since Tuesday I can not access them due to (I think) network problems. The details are the following. I uploaded my key to connect to the VMs and assigned it to a security group. I set up three virtual machines of the "small" flavor running a public Debian image in the Spain node and I assigned the security group I pointed before to them. At last, I assigned the only floating IP I have available to one of these VMs in the security group and I opened the proper ports (22 and 8080). In that way, I was able to connect to the VM through ssh and set up some services (like a Jenkins instance). Suddenly, this last Tuesday, between 13 and 14 I realized that I was not able to connect to any service of the virtual machine (both SSH or Jenkins, for example). Although I am able to use the FiWare Lab platform through the web, I am not able to connect to new VMs. When I create an instance, I can see all the booting process in the "Log" tab. What I see there is that the OS is trying to set up a network but it can not. After several tries, it gives up and finishes the boot process without any available network. I have tried with several images and operating systems, with the same result. I attach a screenshot of the Fiware Lab VNC view of a try running an Ubuntu 14.04. As you can see, the network can not be set.
