I didn't got any response from Volos node, and I still have the same problem. What should I do? Time is passing, and I need to setup enablers...

I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
I did some test and I got the same issue on Volos node.
In order to solve your problem, we need to know your project ID: you can find it selecting your project name and looking at the info bar in the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).
Meanwhile, I’m going to forward your request to the Volos support team.

Dear sir/madam,

After I got community status, my instance (everything was set up) on Volos node was deleted. But that is not my biggest problem. I tried to run new instance but I didn't manage to login using SSH. I tried to generate new keypair, to delete instance and create the new one; I tried to login with PEM file from Linux as well as with PPK from Windows, but every time, it refuse the key file and ask me for root password.

Can you help me somehow?
