In order to solve your problem, we need to know your project ID: you can find it selecting your project name and looking at the info bar at the bottom of the page, something like <project-name> (ID 00000000000000000000000000000xyz).
Meanwhile, I'm going to forward your request to the Spain support team.

Dear FILab team,

A previously had success setting up a FILab node and access it through SSH. But the last couple of weeks I have been unable to get access to it - not even a response when pinging it.

Everything looks fine in the Cloud Portal, and I can even connect using VM display (but not login, because root does not have a password). The associated public IP is: 130.206.118.214 (local: 192.168.204.38).

I have terminated the instance and tried to launch a new instance (with e.g. the Ubuntu image), but without any luck.

Can you give me some hint to what I might be doing wrong? Thanks, Erik _______________________________________________
