[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab Assistance

Hi,


I'd like to use the fiware orion brocker in my project. However,
lab.fiware.org tells me that:

"Currently you are not authorized to use Cloud resources in any project.
If you want to enjoy Cloud environment you can ask other users to share
their projects with you using the Account Portal.

You can also manage your own project getting a Trial account or, if your
Trial period has expired, applying for a community account following the
application process."

I go to 'Help&Info' tab at the top, pressing the 'Community Account
upgrade' to get trial account.

Then I have input all fields in form, get the message


But when I go back to the 'Cloud' tab, it tells me the same message.
