[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab Assistance

Hello,

My name is Rubén I'm the CTO of Huballin. We're using the FiLab enablers
and systems support but I cannot connect to the instances that I've
created. Once it's created, the .pem downloaded and the machine has a
floating ip assigned I try with: ssh -i file.pem ubuntu at public-ip but it
nevers connect.
I've give permissions 600 to the file.pem
I tried to find something on the documentation but I haven't find nothing.

Also, I have a lot of questions of Cosmo Enabler; which we want to use.
And, again, I can't find any **proper** documentation. Of course it is, but
for me and in my opinion, it's useless. So, is this where I can ask for my
queries? Because it's hard to find some kind of support at filab.com (i.e.)
