[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab Assistance

Hi,

I have a question about infrastructure in FI-Lab. Is there a mechanism 
similar to Amazon CloudFront (http://aws.amazon.com/cloudfront)?
I would like:
- redirect users to the closest node/region, that they have low latency,
- choose the least loaded VM, to get the best performance,
- restrict access to resources for single user, eg. time access to CPU
