[Fiware-lab-help] FI-Lab Assistance for SpeedUP Europe startup

Hi,

I’m the CTO of Bonsum (bonsum.de <http://bonsum.de/>), a German Berlin-based startup. We are a winner of the SpeedUP Europe program.

I’m trying to familiarise with the FIWARE cloud infrastructure, which we are planning to use for our project.

I was able to start a couple of VM instances on the “Spain” node.

The instances are running but I’m not able to assign them any IP address because the pool of floating IPs appears to be empty. 
This pretty much makes the VMs useless because without an IP address I can’t access them.

The same is true for the “Spain2” and “Trento” nodes.

What can we do about this?
